Contacting planning enforcement due to the Tesco's on London Road in Rayleigh ignoring a condition of their planning application (bollards to be raised), which I hope to be able to update on very soon. Also I will be attending training from the RDC's licensing officer and following on from this I will be attending a licensing hearing next week for 2 different reviews. I'll also be busy following up on some other cases that seem to have 'stalled' to get some updates for the local residents. More on that very soon
