Your County Councillors have recently been give a total of 18 potholes to be priority repaired under the member pothole scheme. So there has been much excitement here in my home office today as I've been notified that the first two of eighteen potholes has been repaired under the 'ECC member pothole scheme'. Residents in Parklands Avenue and Hilary Crescent will surely think Christmas has come early. I can't take full credit for getting the job done though, as both Cllr David Sharp and Cllr Jill Waight sent me the details of these potholes for repair. Stay tuned for more exciting updates from the world of Essex Highways and the pothole team very soon!
