A Special Constable(s) For Rayleigh

I have recently been informed that a special has been recruited for Rayleigh - finally! This volunteer will be funded by Rayleigh Town Council, on behalf of YOU the taxpayer. But, I also hear an unconfirmed rumour that Rayleigh is to receive 2 additional specials. I am awaiting confirmation of this and will update in due course.
