Recycling Targets – Don’t count on the coffee shops to help!

In Rochford District, we may actually count ourselves lucky that we don't have too many of the big 4 coffee shops as based on this BBC program last night we could be knocked off the top 4 recycling districts if we had to process those coffee shop cups!
