I was recently invited to join a podcast hosted by award winning estate agent, Nick Cheshire of Nest in Essex.
As Nick knows a bit about the local market demands for housing I was quite happy to talk about the over development in Rayleigh and a recent application that has come forward for 35 flats, right in the heart of Rayleigh.
