There clearly is a growing trend amongst some inconsiderate/irresponsible dog owners who feel it is not necessary to clear up behind their pets so this week I've written to RDC officers and the portfolio holder for parks and open spaces, Cllr Dave Sperring, about the issue of dog fouling.
I'm told by Cllr Sperring that this issue is being looked at and that ideas to try and combat this problem will be presented to full council in due course. I'm looking forward to hearing these ideas when presented to council, in the meantime, watch where you step!
